1. Overview
At Connect GPR, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase,
we're here to help with returns, replacements, and refunds in accordance with the guidelines below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, unaltered, and with original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival:
- Opened software or digital licenses
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom-ordered products
- Consumables (e.g., batteries, cables) once opened
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide:
- Photos or videos of the damage/defect
- Original packaging evidence
- Order number and customer details
Approved cases will receive a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
5. Return Process

- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the product securely using a trackable shipping service.
Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected or delayed.
6. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or shipped in error.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrectly shipped items. If an identical replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer.
